PERSONALISED PRODUCTS:


All products available to be personalised are available here

They will have a button in the product description that allows you to enter a name and choose custom fonts and colours.

The characters are limited to 12 in total, this is due to spacing on the products.

HOW TO CARE FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS:

Permanent vinyl adhesive is used to apply names to all non-fabric products, such as drink bottles and lunch boxes.
It is weather and fade resistant, able to be washed in the dishwasher with the following instructions:
- Wash on the top rack only
- Avoid extra cycle options such as heated drying, sanitize and steam cycles.
- Liquid, powder and 'pod' detergents are safe to use
- Please note - if names are picked at by children they can be damaged.
We take no responsibility for damage to products due to incorrect dishwasher use or damage purposefully done by the child.

Permanent iron-on adhesive is used for all fabric items, such as hats.

Care instructions:
- Turn garment inside out
- Wash and tumble dry on low or medium heat
Do not bleach or dry clean
- If you need to iron, turn garment inside out and iron the back side. 

What fonts and colours can I choose?

When you click the personalise button on applicable products a box will appear where you  can type your child's name. This will then give you a preview on the product, which you can view in the different fonts and colours available. 
Please select the option you like best, then add to your cart.
Please ensure you carefully double check and type the name correctly, it will appear exactly as typed on your product.

Can I exchange or return my personalised product?

Strictly no returns or exchanges on any personalised products unless faulty under a warranty.

How long will my personalised item take?

We aim to have all personalised products ready to be shipped within 2-4  business days.

Can I order personalised products in store?

Yes you can!
We have examples of personalised products in store so you can see how amazing they look:)

Simply ask in store and a friendly staff member will help you with ordering.

It will take 2-4 business days for your product/s to be personalised and available to pick up in store, or you can choose to purchase shipping if needed.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

  • If you pre-order an item along with other 'in stock' items they will all be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. 
    If you would like other items to be shipped earlier please contact us to arrange shipping. 
    Pre order arrival dates are estimates only based on informaiton provided by our suppliers. We will keep you updated if date changes occur.

RETURNS:

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund - please contact us via email for delivery address - peppapenny@gmail.com

Please note that seasonal items for Christmas & Easter are not accepted for returns unless faulty - due to the short selling period on these items. Whether an item is deemed seasonal will be up to the owners.

Dummies, dummy clips, teething items & swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Shipping costs for returned items by change of mind are the buyers responsibility
